WORKING TOGETHER TO CHANGE LIVES

Sharon C. Nevil

She began a career in the financial industry after high school, starting with the completion of various courses in accounting and financial management. She later became a licensed financial analyst acquiring Series 6 and 63 licensure and managed portfolios for 400 clients with assets exceeding $ 3 million. Sharon currently manages a staff of twenty at the Bexar County Detention Center. In addition, she has had the opportunity to minister to not only other employees but hundreds of persons incarcerated at the facility. When asked what inspires you? Sharon stated, “I draw my inspiration from the never ending love and forgiveness of our Lord.”

Lynn McCreary

Ms. Lynn McCreary resides in San Antonio, Texas, but she is originally from Kansas City, Missouri. Lynn is the mother of three adult children and grandmother to two grandsons. She is a 20-year retired veteran who served as an Administrator in the United States Air Force. She finds great enjoyment in being an educator and advocator for women, children, and veterans. She feels that women and children are the silent voices and veterans are the forgotten voices of our society; they have been dismissed and discarded because society has devalued their worth. She believes God has a plan and purpose for all people, so we must value the God in everyone.

Fredricka Thomas

Ms. Fredricka Thomas was born in San Antonio, Texas where she currently resides.  She is married to a wonderful husband, Kennon Thomas. They have three adult children, two grand-boys and soon to have a granddaughter. She served in the United States Army and Reserves for 9 years.  After serving and traveling extensively, she was honorably discharged and returned home to live in Schertz, Texas. In 2021, she was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.  Being proactive she began researching alternative treatment methods and eventually decided to change her diet to cold pressed juicing. Juicing gave her body the nutrients it needed, relieved the aches and pain, and resulted in more energy and mental clarity.  While taking this journey of cleansing and knowing that others could benefit, she began sharing her knowledge through social media. This has resulted in the formation of her new veteran owned business, ReFreshYoLife, LLC.
